Anna Maria Lo Torto
Born in Carrara, the air and coldness of Tuscan marble is soon contaminated by the influences of Calabria, the land of her parents' origins and inexhaustible source of inspiration. When she was still a teenager, she moved to the city she continues to carry in her heart, Venice, where she completed her education. She graduated in architecture and then conducted an experience as a researcher for the Department of Landscape Architecture at the University of Dumbarton Oaks. Her great passion for the world of architecture and design led her to collaborate first with the prestigious Studio Rosental, from 1995 to 2000 and then with Studio Pirera in Turin. In July 2000, she opened AMLT Design Studio and has been managing it passionately for over 20 years.
